Vendor Opportunities at the After Hours Art Walk

The After Hours Art Walk brings thousands of visitors to downtown Wichita Falls for an evening of art, music, food, and community.

We welcome artists, makers, food vendors, and specialty vendors who want to showcase their work and be part of one of downtown’s most vibrant monthly events.

Each Art Walk features a wide variety of creative vendors, from local artists displaying original work to food vendors, handcrafted goods, and unique specialty products. Our goal is to create a lively, walkable downtown experience that highlights the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of our community.

If you’re interested in participating as a vendor, we invite you to submit an application for an upcoming Art Walk.

Vendor Selection

The After Hours Art Walk is designed to highlight creativity, craftsmanship, and unique local businesses. We prioritize artists, makers, and specialty vendors offering original artwork, handmade goods, or thoughtfully curated products that complement the creative atmosphere of the event.

To maintain the character of the Art Walk, vendor spaces are limited and applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced mix of art, food, and specialty vendors. Preference is generally given to vendors offering original work, handcrafted items, and distinctive products that contribute to the overall experience of the event.

Products that are mass-produced, commercially resold, or generated primarily through automated production processes may not be approved for participation.

Current Vendor Registration Pricing 9 (all food vendors must be properly permitted and compliant):

Food Trucks: $40.00

Other Food Vendors: $20.00

Farmers Market Area Vendors: $20.00

All Other Vendors including Musicians: $5.00

Vendor Application Process

Submit Your Application
Complete the vendor application form below for consideration.
Application Review
Our team reviews applications to ensure a balanced mix of artists, food vendors, and specialty vendors.
Vendor Approval
If approved, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you’ve been accepted as an Art Walk vendor.
Event Confirmation
Before each Art Walk, we will check with approved vendors to confirm whether you plan to attend that month.
Invoice & Space Reservation
Once attendance is confirmed, an invoice will be sent for that event. Vendor space is secured once the invoice is paid.
