The After Hours Artwalk is designed to highlight creativity, craftsmanship, and unique local businesses. We prioritize artists, makers, and specialty vendors offering original artwork, handmade goods, or thoughtfully curated products that complement the creative atmosphere of the event.
To maintain the character of the Artwalk, vendor spaces are limited and applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced mix of art, food, and specialty vendors. Preference is generally given to vendors offering original work, handcrafted items, and distinctive products that contribute to the overall experience of the event.

Products that are mass-produced, commercially resold, or generated primarily through automated production processes may not be approved for participation.

Vendor Categories & Registration Fees
The prices below are for a standard 10' × 10' booth. 10' × 20' booths are billed as two booth spaces. Please choose the vendor category that best describes your booth or participation in After Hours Art Walk. Every application is reviewed to ensure each vendor is placed in the category that best fits their products, services, or activities. If we determine a different category is more appropriate, we'll let you know and invoice you based on the final vendor classification.
Artists, Musicians & Performers — $5
The creative heart of After Hours Art Walk. This category includes visual artists, makers, photographers, potters, authors, musicians, street performers, and other creatives showcasing, performing, or selling their original work.
Non-Profit Organizations — $10
Available to registered 501(c) nonprofit organizations participating to share their mission, engage with the community, recruit volunteers, or conduct fundraising activities.
Specialty Vendors — $20
Retail vendors offering merchandise that doesn't fall into another vendor category. This includes gifts, collectibles, accessories, specialty retail items, and other unique products that add variety to the event.
Farmers Market Vendors — $30
Reserved for vendors participating in the Downtown Wichita Falls Farmers Market area during After Hours Art Walk.
Promotional Vendors — $30
Businesses using their booth primarily to promote their products, services, or organization through demonstrations, information, customer outreach, or lead generation rather than retail sales.
Hot Food Vendors — $100
Vendors preparing and serving hot, ready-to-eat food from a tent, booth, grill, smoker, or other non-vehicle setup.
Food Trucks — $125
Licensed food trucks and trailers preparing and serving food directly from a self-contained vehicle or trailer.

Application Review
Our team reviews applications to ensure a balanced mix of artists, food vendors, and specialty vendors.
Vendor Approval
If approved, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you’ve been accepted as an Artwalk vendor.
Event Confirmation
Before each Artwalk, we will check with approved vendors to confirm whether you plan to attend that month.
Invoice & Space Reservation
Once attendance is confirmed, an invoice will be sent for that event. Vendor space is secured once the invoice is paid.
